Depending on the size of the items in your order, we utilise the following shipping and delivery methods:
Many lightweight items can be shipped via Australia Post or Sendle. As soon as your item has left the warehouse you will be notified via email and be able to track your order online.
Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. We cannot accept a PO box for these items as shipping address because our shipping partners are unable to deliver to a PO box. We suggest you provide a street address for delivery if you are purchasing furniture items.
Orders placed on our website can only be delivered within Australia and Internationally
Your shipping costs will be calculated when you place your order. Unfortunately, due to hazardous and flammable goods restrictions, we are unable to ship hazardous goods internationally, including all nail polish, fragrance and aerosols.
Taxes and duties
All packages are shipped from Kute Skincare. For our Australian customers, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping in Kute Skincare.
Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
Note: During public holidays, since manufacturers and courier companies will restrict operations during this period, shipping time may be affected. Although unfortunately this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.
